Called The “Best Company In America” By The Virginia Governor!

When 84 Lumber hit the road this summer to launch two new stores and a component manufacuturing, it hired Kisker Productions to document the celebrations.

Our storytelling challenge was to highlight was made each location unique.

At the new truss plant in Winchester, Virginia, Governor Terry McAuliffe accented the excitement by praising 84 Lumber owner and CEO Maggie Hardy Magerko for running the “best company in America!”

In Ruskin, Florida, we met a young family within the 84 Family!  The manager is following in his father’s footsteps to build his career for his new baby and wife.  To Maggie and her father Joe Hardy, the company’s founder, 84 has always been about giving opportunities to people.

And finally, and 80-member marching band rocked the event in Greensboro, NC, and Maggie displayed her distinctive dance moves!  Once again, we spent time with the store manager to highlight his approach to management and why he joined the 84 Family.
