Nemacolin Woodlands Resort Launches Farm To Table Menus

Nemacolin Woodlands Resort added Rockwell’s, a steakhouse, to its culinary lineup while shifting all food and beverage options to a hyper-local focus.  

We interview the chefs of Lautrec, Rockwell’s and Aqueous to hear how their menus and perspectives are changing.  We also visited Footprints Farm,
an organic, family farm that provides crops and animal products to the restaurants.
